This portfolio comprises of 20 houses in the attractive university town of Flensburg situated near the Danish border. There are about 90,000 inhabitants, many of which are Danish, who are also keen investors in this area. High rental yields combined with low rents make this a very low risk and cash flow rich investment. Should the rents slightly increase and/or the market yield fall slightly, our investors would see these returns enhanced even further.

We have undertaken some refurbishment works in some of the buildings and completely changed the tenant marketing. This was followed by some extensive stream lining of the managing process in terms of procurement, utilities, insurance etc., so that a portfolio of low quality assets in great location could be completely turned around.
